PSY 299: Student Kshiraj Kshiraj Talati is working with professor Lauren Davis to research the effects of neuroplasticity and its potential uses to battle age-related neurocognitive disorders, like Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

BUS 299: Student Lacy Polichio is working with professor Jodi Ryall to work toward launching a business, Vixie’s Pork Green Chili. This will involve researching local farmer’s markets (finding out costs, competition, and availability), creating a business plan, learning about licensing and marketing, as well as the startup costs, food/recipe costs, packaging costs, and any other costs that will be required to create the business.
